What Will Frontline Staff Do—and What Will They Stop Doing—Once an Sales Organization Implements UPWARD?

Even when a CRM system like Salesforce is implemented in a sales organization with several hundred employees, sales calls don’t get logged as expected. Field sales reps don’t have time to enter data after returning from their calls, leaving managers in a constant cycle of having to remind them to do so.

In this seminar, we’ll use features and demos to show how the way field sales teams operate and the fundamentals of management change when a sales organization implements “UPWARD,” an AI agent specialized for field sales.
We’ll discuss not only what you’ll be able to do, but also what tasks you’ll no longer need to perform.

This presentation is designed with the deployment of UPWARD to large organizations with multiple locations and integration with existing CRM systems, such as Salesforce, in mind.
I’ll present the material in a way that’s easy to understand, even for those who are new to UPWARD.

*The event will be held on two dates: Tuesday, October 20, and Tuesday, October 27.
The session on the 27th will feature an archived recording of the October 20 session. There will be a live Q&A session, so please be sure to join us.

The fact that the data entry process hasn't taken hold isn't a matter of attitude on the part of the staff on the ground

We often hear that the more an organization has implemented SFA or CRM systems, the less thoroughly visit details are recorded at log. The more locations a company has and the larger its workforce becomes, the greater the variation in data entry.

The root cause is that employees cannot find the time to enter data after returning from their field visits. logThis issue arises because the location where data is entered and the location of sales activities are separate, so simply adding rules or reminders won’t resolve it.
In this seminar, we’ll show you, using actual screenshots, how logcan be completed entirely on-site.
