TUESDAY, MAY 24, 2012: REFORMING SALES WORK STYLES "THE BASICS" - WHAT ARE THE TOOLS THAT CAN BE USED IN SALES DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION?

AS WE ENTER THE YEAR 2022, WE ARE FINALLY SEEING A WAVE OF WORK STYLE REFORMS IN SALES ORGANIZATIONS. SALESPEOPLE WHO WORK OVERTIME AND SPEND MORE TIME WITH CUSTOMERS ARE MORE LIKELY TO CLOSE DEALS, AND SALESPEOPLE WHO KEEP MAKING PHONE CALLS IN THE DARK ARE MORE LIKELY TO CLOSE DEALS. THE SALES FORCE IS REQUIRED TO EVOLVE AND IMPROVE ITS SALES ACTIVITIES BY UTILIZING IT TO INCREASE CLOSING RATES AND EFFICIENCY.

HOWEVER, THERE ARE MANY SALES ORGANIZATION MANAGERS, SALES PLANNING DEPARTMENTS, AND DIGITAL TRANSFORMATIONPROMOTION DEPARTMENTS WHO HAVE PROBLEMS SUCH AS "I HAVE NOT BEEN EXPOSED TO IT TOOLS, SO I DON'T KNOW WHAT I SHOULD WORK ON," OR "I HAVE HEARD THE TERM DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION(DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION), BUT I DON'T KNOW HOW TO INCORPORATE IT INTO MY SALES ORGANIZATION. I AM SURE THAT THERE ARE MANY SALES ORGANIZATION MANAGERS, SALES PLANNING DEPARTMENTS, AND PROMOTION DEPARTMENTS WHO HAVE HEARD THE TERM "DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION" BUT DO NOT KNOW HOW TO INCORPORATE IT INTO THEIR SALES ORGANIZATIONS.

This time, as the "basics" of sales work style reform, we will provide company examples of sales work style reform and useful tips that can be started immediately for companies that want to learn about IT tools for sales / companies that already have IT tools but do not know their significance or how to utilize them. The presentation will include case studies of companies that have already implemented IT tools but are unsure of their significance and usage.

We look forward to welcoming companies that want to take the first step toward reforming work styles in their sales organizations.
