Mitsuaki Masaoka
Born in Kumamoto Prefecture, he joined System Forest Inc. in 2007. At the company, he leads the development of cloud services centered on Salesforce in the Kyushu and Okinawa regions, and is engaged in expanding cloud service development in the regions by accelerating alliances with companies that are developing cloud businesses nationwide. He was awarded Best Partner of the Year West Japan by Salesforce Japan Inc. for four consecutive years starting in 2017, and received the Crate Company Award Special Prize by Funai Research Institute Inc. in 2018.

Masaki Ishida
After graduating from UCLA in 2009, he joined Trend Micro Inc. After working in marketing and sales in new businesses, he started his own business. 2015, he joined salesforce.com, Inc. where he worked as Inside Sales, Account Executive, Sales Manager, and then as Branch Manager. He then worked at Slack Japan K.K., where he was in charge of the enterprise area with a focus on the automotive and high-tech industries, and joined UPWARD in March 2021.
