Akira operates three locations in Saitama Prefecture, specializing in real estate transactions within urbanization control zones that require complex development permits for agricultural land and forested areas.
Before implementing "UPWARD," land survey data and customer information were often managed individually by each sales representative, leading to the issue of information being tied to specific individuals. This resulted in inefficient activities such as "customer information not being fully transferred" and "duplication of the same administrative procedures."
Against this backdrop, we decided to implement "UPWARD" because it allows for the visualization and sharing of sales data on maps. Additionally, we valued its ability to integrate with Zenrin maps, which are essential for confirming land parcel numbers during field visits.

During field visits, we strictly enforced the practice of marking properties on the "UPWARD" map via smartphone. This enabled real-time visualization of property approach status and progress, preventing duplicate visits by sales representatives. Furthermore, the ability to check information via smartphone while out in the field significantly improved sales efficiency, doubling the number of activities conducted.
All sales personnel achieved their performance targets, driving record-high sales.
In addition to increased activity volume, the visualization of untapped areas on the map enabled effective sales activities to acquire new customers, leading to record-high annual sales. Furthermore, all sales members achieved their performance targets—a milestone unseen since the company's founding.
