Background of Thai Language Support

We opened our first overseas office in Singapore in July 2023, and are expanding our market mainly in Southeast Asia. Thailand, in particular, has a large number of field workers (outside and door-to-door salespeople), our target market, and is a country with high mobile literacy, with a domestic smartphone penetration rate of 98.8% (*1). In this context, local surveys have revealed a growing demand for mobile app are easy to use and can accurately log employee activities. In response to this, we began full-scale support with the aim of entering the Thai market. For local field workers, being able to use the app without stress is extremely important. Therefore, being able to use the app in their native language is an important factor.
