Strengthened integration with Salesforce Chatter to revitalize internal communication

With this release, you will be able to post the contents of activity reports made by UPWARD AGENT to Chatter. You can also specify people and groups to which you want to post mentions, as well as post photos taken during the activity.

The value of the Chatter integration functionality provided
The main value of this feature offering is to eliminate the technical hurdles faced when implementing Chatter integration through Salesforce standard features.
Chatter has a unique feature that no other chat tool has, as it allows communication directly tied to business partners and deals. The method of automatically posting activity reports to Chatter and using those posts as a starting point for communication is highly popular with many sales organizations, especially UPWARD customers. This automatic collaboration feature allows field representatives to contact and report to their team, stakeholders, and managers without hassle, allowing for more efficient feedback and communication.
However, the conventional integration between UPWARD AGENT and Chatter through the standard functionality presented high technical hurdles, limited options for posting to, and difficulties in attaching photos and other information. To solve these problems, we have released the Chatter integration function. We support field staff to make more ideal use of the system and maximize the value of CRM (Customer Relationship Management System).
