This seminar is jointly hosted by TerraSky (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Bangkok, Thailand; Representative: Yuta Kuribayashi; hereinafter TerraSky (Thailand)) and Thai CC Innovation Co., Ltd. (Location: Bangkok, Thailand; Managing Director: Yuhei Takizawa; hereinafter Thai CC Innovation). It provides a thorough explanation of eliminating dependency on specific individuals and enhancing productivity in sales activities at the Thailand base.

Background
digital transformation companies digital transformation widely recognize the digital transformation, yet challenges are becoming apparent: "Systems were introduced, but they are disconnected from actual field operations," and "Input workload has increased without leading to productivity gains."
If customer information remains siloed by individual staff members and sales activities lack transparency, even the most advanced IT tools will only result in "double entry for management purposes" and fail to deliver genuine productivity gains. Especially considering Thailand's unique circumstances, such as smartphone-centric work environments and chronic traffic congestion, what is needed now is not merely tool implementation, but a "redesign of the sales process itself (BPR)."
Against this backdrop, three companies have come together: Thai CC Innovation, which supports local businesses' operational transformation through upstream consulting; TerraSky (Thailand), a leader in driving cloud adoption in Thailand; and UPWARD, which digitizes the last mile on the ground.
This seminar will comprehensively introduce the entire process: from identifying fundamental operational challenges and optimizing processes based on those insights, to building a sustainable system infrastructure that can be easily adopted and maintained on the ground, and maximizing sales activity results digital transformation.
Why isn't sales reform progressing as planned?
We'll unravel that bottleneck from the root cause and share a concrete roadmap for transforming your field operations in Thailand into a "winning sales organization."
Recommended for this type of person
This seminar is recommended for executives, sales department managers, and digital transformation at Japanese companies based in Thailand, particularly those facing the following challenges:
【Organizational & Strategic Challenges】
Sales activities remain confined to individual minds or chat tools, failing to become organizational assets.
We want to eliminate potential sales losses like missed visits or delayed follow-ups.
【IT & Tool Challenges】
Schedules and reports are scattered across various tools, creating burdens from transcription and double entry.
In Thailand, where mobile is deeply integrated, we want to achieve smart, smartphone-centric operations.
[Management Challenges]
We want to track and analyze the current locations and visit statuses of field sales representatives.
We want to advance automated reporting using the latest AI and data-driven management.
