(hereinafter referred to as "Smart Camp"), was selected as "Good Service," "No. 1 in Ease of Use," and "No. 1 in Service Stability" in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) category of the "BOXIL SaaS AWARD Spring 2025.

The "BOXIL SaaS AWARD" is an event in which Smart Camp, which operates the SaaS comparison site "BOXIL," judges, selects, and awards outstanding SaaS. The "BOXIL SaaS AWARD Spring 2025" is selected based on new reviews posted on "BOXIL" during 2024. The "Good Service" award, which UPWARD received this time, is given to the service with the highest total score in each category based on the reviews posted on BOXIL. The "Ease of Use No. 1" and "Service Stability No. 1" awards are given to the services that received the highest average score in each of the nine categories of "service evaluation by word of mouth" posted on "BOXIL" after meeting certain criteria in each category and in each item.
