Released "UPWARD INSIGHT", which uses AI analysis of sales activities to identify recommended customers and suggest next actions.

AI analyzes activity data and automatically recommends "customers to go to".

  • MAIN FUNCTIONS AND OVERVIEW OF UPWARD INSIGHT

Based on sales activity data, AI suggests "customers to go to" rather than "customers who are easy to go to. UPWARD INSIGHT " uses AI to analyze daily sales activities and suggests customers with high sales potential by utilizing accumulated data. It supports the realization of strategic sales activities by visiting customers with high potential for closing deals, rather than visiting familiar, easy-to-reach customers.

(1) Dashboard ‍" UPWARD INSIGHT" displays a separate dashboard for each sales representative, which analyzes the sales activities registered daily in the CRM and provides data-based AI suggestions on what activities should be done next.

‍②Automatic recommendation of goal setting ‍By registering a target sales amount, the system visualizes how much of a gap there is between the current situation and the target. In addition, there is an automatic recommendation function that recommends past activities, number of visits, and number of customer touchpoint as target values, and even suggests specific actions to close the gap against the sales target.

‍③ Presentation of recommended customer list ‍The AI analyzes the results of past sales activities, CRM, and customer attributes, and extracts recommended customers to visit based on past performance data. Therefore, customers with high sales potential who should be visited next are automatically recommended to each sales representative, which is expected to reduce man-hours for sales list creation.

‍4) Optimization of activity plans (new feature) ‍In the official release, we have added a new function to automatically create activity plans. This will present sales activities based on a list of recommended customers. An algorithm that takes into account the distance and travel time of the customers to be visited will assist in the selection of priority customers as well as the formulation of efficient activity plans.

  • Future prospects for UPWARD INSIGHT

UPWARD INSIGHT" supports the presentation of optimal customer visits and activity planning based on daily sales activity data. In order to further improve the efficiency of sales activities, we will continue to develop functions to present recommended customers based on ai learning of the difference between planned and actual visits, and to plot visit locations on a map.
