UPWARD CONNECT is released

UPWARD Inc. (Location: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Ryusuke Kaneki) has released "UPWARD CONNECT," which allows "Microsoft Teams" to be linked with the UPWARD sales engagement service.

With UPWARD CONNECT, activity reports entered from "UPWARD" can be posted to any channel in Microsoft Teams (Teams), and comments, reactions, and report updates can be made from Teams. One of the key roles in CRM is to share information, but the scope of that sharing is often limited to the CRM implementation department, especially frequent log-in users.
