Started working with CEC's cloud integration solution "Convergent

~Dynamics 365 and Power Platform-based sales support templates can now add sales engagement functionality

On January 27, 2023, UPWARD Corporation, whose mission is to "Innovate the last mile of the workplace," announced that it has been selected by CEC Corporation (Head Office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President: Hitoshi Oishi; hereinafter "CEC") as a solution to be linked to the sales support templates "Sales Template for Dynamics 365" and "Sales Template for Power Platform," which are compatible with Microsoft cloud services, provided by CEC. (headquartered in Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Hitoshi Oishi, President; hereinafter referred to as CEC) as an integrated solution for "Sales Template for Dynamics 365" and "Sales Template for Power Platform," sales support templates of the original solution series "Convergent," which is compatible with Microsoft cloud services. With this linkage, UPWARD functions such as visualization of customer information based on map information, automatic logof stay logand phone loginput can be added to "Sales Template for Dynamics 365" and "Sales Template for Power Platform", enabling enhanced convenience for field salespeople who actually use them and promoting in the sales field. This will enhance the convenience of field salespeople who actually use the system and promote digital transformationin the sales field.
