(Location: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Ryusuke Kaneki; URL: ), a next-generation mobile SFA that connects location and customer information, has been adopted by RGI Corporation (Headquarters: Naka-ku, Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture; CEO: Hidetsugu Shinohara; hereinafter "RGI") as a sales activity support tool.

We will support RGI's B-to-C door-to-door sales activities for comfortable living, such as new electric power and gas contracts, water purifiers and Internet access, etc. By accumulating customer information in a "company-attached" format from the initial launch of the business, we will differentiate ourselves from competitors and use this as a strong foundation for up-selling and cross-selling after the business expands. We will support sales and marketing activities by providing customer information to BtoC's sales representatives.

  • BACKGROUND OF THE INTRODUCTION OF UPWARD AT RGI

RGI, founded in 2021, initially managed B-to-C door-to-door sales with Google Maps and a separate system. However, the company faced a number of problems, including a heavy on-site input load, the inability to link information to maps, and the inability to view detailed customer information without checking the company PC in the office. Therefore, we introduced UPWARD, a next-generation mobile SFA that can link maps and customer information and can also be used for B-to-C transactions. The improved operability on mobile devices reduced the burden of on-site input and facilitated searches for customer information. By steadily accumulating customer and property information from the field, the company is able to make second and third sales proposals easier and more customer-oriented.

We have found that the introduction of UPWARD has made it extremely easy to accumulate customer information. We believe that our strength as a company that has been in business for a short time and continues to conduct BtoC door-to-door sales lies in our "thorough customer management through UPWARD.
