Comments on the creation of "6 UX Values" - Design Team, Development Division, UPWARD Co.
6 UX Values were created as a common language that all employees can use to further evolve UPWARD's services. The design team conducted a multifaceted study of UPWARD's services from user experience, business requirements, and technical aspects through data analysis, interviews, and workshops. After organizing and discussing the issues gathered from this research, 6 UX Values were extracted. We were conscious of the need to serve as a bridge between the company's mission and daily tasks. Considering the limit of information that the brain can process at one time (7 +/- 2), we summarized the values into 6 items and created symbolic illustrations to make them memorable. The 6 UX Values are the company-wide goals that UPWARD is currently emphasizing. Please look forward to our future evolution.
