What is "UPWARD BOARD" beta version?
UPWARD BOARD" beta version is an extended version service of mobile app "UPWARD" and "UPWARD AGENT" provided by UPWARD Co. Like a baseball scorebook, both online and offline customer touchpoint can be visualized on a dashboard. Due to the spread of the new coronavirus, the channels (means) for salespeople to communicate with customers are diversifying. The declaration of a state of emergency led to an increase in communication by phone and email, and online conferencing and chat tools quickly became widespread. Most recently, offline sales visits, which used to be the mainstay of many companies, have gradually begun to resume, and a balance between online and offline communication is required. The beta version of "UPWARD BOARD" is a service that visualizes such diversified communication methods of salespeople on a single dashboard screen, enabling users to see "what method is right for me" and "at what timing I should switch from online to offline communication.
