DX EXPO / Business Innovation Japan 2023 [Summer] Exhibition Report

We exhibited at " digital transformation EXPO / Business Innovation Japan 2023 [Summer]" held at Tokyo Big Sight from July 11 to 13, 2023. We would like to thank everyone who visited our booth during the exhibition. In this issue, we would like to report on the exhibition, which ended with a great success!

What is the UPWARD sales engagement service?

First of all, what kind of services does UPWARD Co. UPWARD is a sales engagement service that leverages location-based technology and CRM data to easily automate and optimize activity scheduling and reporting during sales visits via mobile app. It is a sales engagement service tailored to sales representatives.
By automatically overlaying accumulated sales activity data and CRM data on a map and automatically notifying the optimal approach destination, UPWARD supports strategic on-site sales activities using CRM.

Mobile app, which is used for daily activity reporting, is simple and intuitive even for door-to-door salespeople and outside salespeople, making it easy for them to take root in the field, and is currently being used by approximately 400 companies, mainly major corporations.
In addition, UPWARD has recently released a function that allows UPWARD to be linked with Microsoft Teams provided by Microsoft and Zenrin's Zenrin Residential Maps and Blue Maps to support the " digital transformationization of sales and marketing" in the corporate world.

On the day of the exhibition

During the exhibition, we welcomed visitors to our booth like this.
Some of you may have noticed that "Hey, has the UPWARD logo changed?" Some of you may have noticed that the UPWARD logo has changed.

This was our first exhibition after our brand refresh on June 28, 2023.
Along with the renewal of the visual identity (a design element that makes visible the values of a company or brand and conveys the brand message through visuals), the exhibition booth was also extensively renewed.
The booth was based on the new brand color "UPWARD blue," and indirect lighting was used for the wall panels and demo booth to create a three-dimensional, stylish booth.

The wall panel explained the features of "UPWARD" in an easy-to-understand manner.
Some visitors may have stopped by our booth, intrigued by the catchy statement on the wall panel.

Our staff who greeted customers also commented that it was easier to explain the features of "UPWARD" than before!

The T-shirts worn at exhibitions and events have also been renewed!
The old brand logo had a navy base, but the new logo has a stylish design with a white base and a prominent "UPWARD Blue" logo.

The back has a pin design used in the "UPWARD" map function!

The booth was a great success, with many customers visiting us every day!
We had a lot of visitors who came to our booth every day! We were able to realize once again that "UPWARD" is a necessary solution for the digital transformationtransformation of sales organizations.
