The next action that a salesperson should take in order to increase sales and customer engagement = Next Action.
Specifically, we use machine learning and other algorithms to find correlations between sales activity data and final indicators (e.g., sales and customer engagement), from which we derive the best next actions, such as phone calls and sales visits.
By presenting this next action at the right time and in a way that is easy to communicate, salespeople can act optimally and maximize sales results.

To achieve this, we will shorten the onboarding time until the service takes root in the organization, which will be achieved by pursuing ease of understanding, ease of initial setup, and comfort of use of the service. Furthermore, we will visualize the effects of data entry and service implementation and provide feedback to users. Through a smooth onboarding experience and appropriate feedback, we aim to have users realize the value of UPWARD as soon as possible.

A seamless product experience

We will make the service stress-free to use as a consistent experience in any environment or platform.
We will focus on differences in usage scenarios such as the device and network environment used by the user, the CRM platform, location (urban or rural), and mode of transportation, aiming to make the service easy to use for everyone.
