UPWARD IMPLEMENTS NEW FEATURES SUCH AS MULTIPLE TEMPLATES FOR ACTIVITY REPORTS IN "UPWARD AGENT" TO IMPROVE UI/UX.

(Location: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Ryusuke Kaneki; hereinafter "UPWARD") updated UPWARD AGENT, a mobile appapplication for field workers with a reporting function for outside activities, on Friday, October 4, 2012. The following features, including a multiple template function for activity reports, have been implemented and improvements have been made to improve the UI/UX based on the "6UX Values" that UPWARD emphasizes in its product development.

Multiple template functions for activity reports

In activity reporting, multiple reporting templates (reporting items, narrowing of selection list items, and initial value sets) can now be prepared according to the reporter's attributes (profile, role) and reporting type. This feature can be used when the reporting items are different for sales staff and maintenance staff (service staff), or when you want to change the reporting items between sales and delivery, even for sales staff activities.
